Our approach

We prioritise clarity, calm design, and privacy. Our apps are designed to be easy to use, even during stressful situations, and to respect the sensitivity of personal health information.

Wherever possible, data is stored locally on the user’s device and remains under their control. We do not monetise user data or collect analytics that are unrelated to the core function of the app.
